I'm candy Hipple,  executive coach

I believe in success on your own terms.

My WHY

We’ve been taught to achieve.
To climb. To perform. To keep going.

But somewhere along the way, many of us forget ourselves.

Limenelle exists to help women like you remember—
your energy, your purpose, your why.

To reconnect what’s been disconnected:
ambition and well-being,
strength and softness,
doing and being.

Because when you lead with authenticity, you don’t just change your own path—
you illuminate the way for others.

They’re navigating the demands of scaling a business, leading complex teams, and making high-stakes decisions—all while wanting their leadership to reflect their values.

My clients come to me for a trusted sounding board, a strategic partner, and a catalyst for sharper focus, stronger leadership presence, and greater impact. They want to align how they work with what matters most, set and hold healthy boundaries, and create space for the strategic work only they can do.

Together, we focus on sustainable growth, preventing burnout, and building the clarity, confidence, and capacity to lead with renewed purpose.

WOMEN EXECUTIVES WHO WANT TO MAKE A BIGGER MARK WITHOUT BURNING OUT.

Many are building businesses, leading teams, or stepping into bigger roles, and they want more than success by someone else’s definition—they want alignment, clarity, and fulfillment. They’re curious, self-aware, and open to growth, even when it means challenging old patterns.

Together, we create the space, structure, and strategies that help them step fully into their potential and lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.

motivated women who are ready to lead and live on their own terms.

Who I Work With

Coaching only works if you’re willing to change.
Change your mindset, change your habits, change your behaviors.

You can do all these things.
With awareness, with practice, with intention.

Change is where growth happens. Yes, it can be uncomfortable. You need to get out of your comfort zone to grow.

Once you choose to change, you will.

Change Your Future

As a first-generation college student who left school before returning to graduate with honors, I learned early how to take risks, recover from setbacks, and create my own opportunities. My career began at a prestigious accounting firm before I moved into corporate finance and then embarked on a two-decade journey in the workforce industry. Over 11 different roles, I led multi-million-dollar business units, launched market-changing initiatives, and guided global teams through complex challenges. Along the way, I became a trusted mentor and advisor to emerging leaders, helping them step into bigger roles with confidence.

Like many women, I began to feel disconnected from myself. Realizing I was running on empty, I knew something had to change. Investing in coaching reignited my purpose and deepened my commitment to helping women lead without sacrificing their well-being. Today, I partner with high-achieving women as their strategic ally—helping them align their leadership with their values, harness their strengths, and turn influence into lasting impact. My coaching blends the strategic insight of an executive with the clarity, perspective, and accountability that fuel sustainable success.

My journey has taken many paths guided by a deep desire to learn and evolve.
